The architecture of Lula House is as impressive inside as it is externally.

The structural materials of concrete as the metal fireplaces are particularly noteworthy, but the attention to detail and quality of construction is to be admired throughout. The main block has a largely glazed entrance hall with dogleg stairs. The main block feature a large balcony deck.
The apartment is accessed from the nature level and goes up on a single bridge to a communal landing of double space of the main entrance.
Living space is open plan, with a large living, kitchen and dining area with clear view to the forest of Santa Rosalia landscape.
