THIS INDUSTRIALIZED-CONTEMPORARY SPACE

XOOM PHASE 1

This industrialized-contemporary space was conceptualized to accommodate creative professionals and provide an integrated environmentwich are engaging, dynamic andalternative to traditional workings spaces.

Xoom was developed as a restoration project in an old uninhabited lot. This project counts with more than 1,700 square meters. It is located in the heart of the 4º Grados Norte district. The interior of Xoom motivates team work, workflow and communication between the open spaces. Through the circulation areas the project allows its users to easily communicate with each other and by using the brand colors and tones such as gray, green, black and white create a harmony that also reflects outside its office in the pedestrian street.

Inside Xoom a contemporary-industrial style is applied by leaving exposed pipes, materials such as iron, steel sheet and framing, block and tempered glass. The floors are covered by wood and the furniture provides a unique comfort to the place. This furniture is ergonometric, versatile and was a collaboration with luxury brands such as Herman Miller, Actiu, Gruber and SteelCase. Local artisans were also benefited by the purchase of handmade embedded furniture that adds to the unique ambience.

Xoom values its employers and believes in being responsible for their holistic wellbeing. Due to this our offices also include a recreational area to allow their workers to relax, refresh themselves and enjoy while being at work. This area also serves as an encounter point by using the cafeteria.

Neutral colors brinds clean surfaces and relaxed areas by natural green accents. This project uses an appropriate lighting on his expansive spaces that incentives a natural flow towards productivity.
