IKIN HOTEL AND SPA

This Project is located on the coast of Venezuela in a spending island Margarita. It was developed in association with Hospitaliteam and the goal was to protect and preserve the surrounding environment avoiding any high or negative impact in the surrounding natural resources. For the project over 100% of natural resources from the area were used for each of the rooms in the complex, applying them in decorations, interior design and lightning.

The main point of the project is the front desk area with the lightning and sculptures made of recycled wastes driven out of the sea. This complex plays with its surrounding environment, blending into its natural beauty and relaxed daily life routine.

Submerged from the vibrant Amazon natural materials whose inspiration and structure its based in exclusive paradisiac resort, which still manages to carry our Studio’s signature clean lines and geometric proportions.

Feeding from the island’s shamanistic traditions, we designed spaces that adapted to eastern Feng Shui ways, creating a piece of art in itself that melts separated cultures into a homogenous express of ethnic lifestyle.

Developing the design, decoration and distribution of 40.087,00 square meters, was a dream, having space for magnificent architecture and divine decoration. A grand foyer and his front desk, the Restaurant and bar/lounge are detail in clean organic distributions. Composed by 75 simple habitations or a doble ones beds and luxury suites were completely customized to fit royalty. Additionally exist amenties wich includes a pool, a spa and lounging/sunning area, exterior social areas and the private beach area.
